A token is the unit we bill requests in. An app record costs 1 token, lists (search, developer, new, removed, keywords) cost 2, available domains cost 3, categories and stats are free. The price table is above on this page.
No. A pack is a one-time payment: its tokens never expire and nothing is charged automatically. A subscription pays off for steady use: every month you get the plan's tokens at a lower price.
A subscription adds the plan's tokens every month on its billing day; unused ones do not roll over to the next month. Pack tokens never expire and are used after the monthly ones. You can combine them: a subscription plus a pack in reserve.
A year costs the same as 10 months: two months free, about 17%. The plan's tokens are still added month by month.
In your account, with the “Subscription & invoices” button. A new plan applies at once and Stripe prorates the price difference. A cancelled subscription keeps working until the end of the paid period; after that you keep the Pro limits if you have bought packs, otherwise Free.
Your first pack or a subscription opens 1,200 requests a minute, up to 20 API keys and data on available developer domains. After a pack these limits stay for good.
On the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused free tokens don’t carry over; purchased tokens never expire.
The API will answer 402 insufficient_credits. Buy a token pack: tokens are added right after payment.
No. If a request fails because of an error on our side, the tokens are returned automatically. A request for an app that isn't in the database is billed as usual.
Developer contacts in app records and in /v1/developer (email, phone, address, legal name), more tokens and higher rate limits, database exports and company invoices. Terms are agreed individually.
Payments are handled by Stripe — card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers. An invoice is emailed to you after every charge. A subscription can only be paid by card: it renews automatically. With crypto (USDT, USDC), through our own payment gateway: you get an address and the exact amount, and the tokens are added once the transfer is confirmed on the network.
